Ever since I was younger I was always in the middle of building collections. At first it was Barbie dolls, then Pokémon cards, then video games. For the past 3 years or so, it’s primarily been makeup, though hoarding would probably be a more accurate term. I don’t know, collecting just gives life that extra bit of thrill, don’t you think? More recently, I’ve started a new collection: perfume.
At the moment I’ve got a humble nine bottles arranged on my desk. Luxury, high-end perfumes are now one of my many weaknesses though, but it’s an almost vicious cycle because as much as I’d like to get my greedy little paws on another, new Ferragamo or Versace scent, I don’t want to be drowning in debt either. If only there was a way to get my luxury perfume fix without breaking the bank…oh wait, there is! All you have to do is take a trip to Paseo de Sta. Rosa, Laguna and step into Beauty Scents – the country’s first and biggest beauty outlet store.
On July 31st, Beauty Scents officially opened its doors to an eager crowd. Despite the nearly hour long car trip it took to get there, I was pretty pumped!
Not only is Beauty Scents the first luxury outlet store in the Philippines, but it’s also the biggest at 1,200 square meters. Its interior is mostly black, that combined with the dark wood paneling on one side and wooden display stands, as well as the gold accents here and there, I think it gives the place a sort of rustic yet still trendy feel.
Check out the following pictures to see what fantastic deals you can score when you visit Beauty Scents. Remember, items are 20% to 70% off! Plus, many come with free gifts when you purchase a certain amount or number of products. Whether you love scents that are more on the musky, floral, or fruity side, or if you’re also a sucker for celebrity perfumes like I am, you’re guaranteed to find something here…
I’m sure with those pictures alone you can already agree that Beauty Scents is nothing less than a perfume lover’s paradise.
I spent a good 20 minutes or so trying to make up my mind on what to get for myself because I simply couldn’t decide! Luckily, media guests were able to choose any perfume of their choice for FREE by just sharing a picture of the perfume we wanted on Instagram and tagging @beautyscentsph. I was thrilled! I immediately snapped a pic of the Salvatore Ferragamo “Signorina” bottle and happily took it home with me that day. I love its sweet, light, and sophisticated scent!
Perfume isn’t the only thing you’ll be able to score here though as they also have makeup such as Majolica Majorca, Guerlain, and Dior just to name a few at 30% off or more! Plus, there are Za products that start as low as Php100! I couldn’t resist and purchased the Za Amino Mineral Refreshing Gel which normally sells for almost Php300 in stores, if I’m not mistaken.
Outlet stores in general are nothing new here. Paseo de Sta. Rosa actually has a number of them aside from Beauty Scents. However, it’s great to see so many hard-to-find luxury products, some of which we have to beg friends or family to buy for us abroad, all in one place at prices that can only be described as jaw-dropping. Even if the location of the store isn’t exactly convenient for you, like it is for me, I assure you it’s more than worth the trip!
Beauty Scents outlet store is located in Unit LS-13, Paseo de Sta. Rosa, Sta. Rosa, Laguna. Check out their official Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/beautyscentsph and their Instagram and Twitter with the username @beautyscentsph.
