The weather has been kind of gloomy these days, but trust one of the happiest and most colorful brands, Benefit Cosmetics, to brighten things up with the launch of their newest product - the Hello Happy Soft Blur Foundation.

The launch was held at Vanilla Cupcake Bakery in BGC which was transformed into the ultra cute Benefit Sweet Shoppe. It was almost a full house by the time I arrived and there was a bunch of activities for all the guests to do.
Some of those activities included these giant games of jenga and tic tac toe! I saw a few people having a ton of fun with them, especially the jenga game. I didn't opt to play though and just observed.
There was also a colorful pool ball, or should I say tub, that was perfect for photo ops with these Benehunks. That's fellow beauty blogger and friend Genzel from She Sings Beauty in between them. Doesn't she look delighted?
Of course, all your efforts pay off because if you complete all the activities, you get to take home one of these super pretty Benefit pouches and/or a tote bag! The one on the bottom right makes me wish I did them all now.
Being busy can work up one's appetite. Luckily, there was plenty of delicious food to keep us all satisfied! I couldn't get enough of the squid rings (with tartar sauce) and nachos they had, as well as these cute and yummy cupcakes.
These Hello Happy Foundation mascots were a treat to watch as they danced to what else, "Happy" by Pharell! You could even dance along with them as one of the activities. I was just content to watch, haha.
Finally, the star of the show, the new Hello Happy Soft Blur Foundation, was on full display for the guests to ogle at and play around with. I'm still dying over how cute the bottles are, guys! This is a sheer to medium coverage foundation that's weightless, breathable, and promises to blur your imperfections. It's also got SPF15 to keep you protected.
Because we Filipinas comes in all shades and sizes, the foundation has a total of 12 shades to choose from. Whether you've got a fair complexion like me, a much deeper one, or are somewhere in between, you're totally covered. Benefit also released pink Hello Happy sponges that you can buy and use along with the foundation.
Finding my perfect shade was a breeze. We didn't even have to do any swatching since the Benefit gals had 'shade stickers' handy which they placed on our necks so that we could determine which one matched us best. Can you guess what shade I am?
